dnata Travel celebrates 10 successful years in KSA

Since its inception, dnata Travel has helped fulfil the travel requirements for over 1,400,000 customers and 400 local and multinational corporates, through its 24x7 contact centre, and 16 dedicated retail locations.

With over 180 employees, dnata Travel surpasses industry standards with a staff retention rate of 90 per cent, while also operating the Kingdom’s first all-female call centre in Al Khobar that serves customers across the country. In collaboration with the country’s Human Resource Development Fund(HRDF), dnata is spearheading a newly developed program in the hopes of developing local talent.
dnata’s corporate travel arm (HRG) provides corporate clients – both multinationals and small organisations, with the latest products and cutting edge technology which assists companies with precise, cost effective travel solutions. In addition to this, dnata also offers corporates Travel Management Solution (TMS), an online tool that is a low cost cloud-based solution that simplifies making travel arrangements for all types of corporate travel with great user interface, and is available on all devices.
