dnata Travel celebrates 10 successful years in KSA

dnata, the Middle East’s leading travel management company, with services spanning every aspect of the travel industry, has marked 10 successful years of operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Since its inception, dnata Travel has helped fulfil the travel requirements for over  1,400,000 customers and 400 local and multinational  corporates, through its 24x7 contact centre, and 16 dedicated retail locations.

With over 180 employees, dnata Travel surpasses industry standards with a staff retention rate of 90 per cent, while also operating the Kingdom’s first all-female call centre in Al Khobar that serves customers across the country. In collaboration with the country’s Human Resource Development Fund(HRDF), dnata is spearheading a newly developed program in the hopes of developing local talent.

dnata’s corporate travel arm (HRG) provides corporate clients – both multinationals and small organisations, with the latest products and cutting edge technology which assists companies with precise, cost effective travel solutions. In addition to this, dnata also offers corporates  Travel Management Solution (TMS), an online tool that is a low cost cloud-based solution that simplifies making travel arrangements for all types of corporate travel with great user interface, and is available on all devices.

As part of a continuous drive to offer the best products and convenience to customers, dnata recently launched an online booking portal ( which is also available on dnata Travel’s App in English and Arabic. These online and mobile platforms enable customers to book flights on up to 500 airlines, and find great deals and special offers on hotels worldwide.
